Who operates this service
Pittsburgh Party DJs is operated by Perri Corsello. An authorized independent contractor may administer the website, advertising, measurement, and lead-delivery systems on Perri’s behalf. Perri remains the customer contracting party and service provider.
Information collected
The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or location, guest-count estimate, budget range, event notes, and optional text-message consent choice. It also records a submission identifier, receipt time, limited campaign parameters such as GCLID or UTM values, the landing-page path, and the referring site’s origin. The full referring page and unrelated URL parameters are not stored.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to check service fit and availability, respond about the requested event, prepare a quote, maintain business records, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the form from abuse, and measure which advertising produced an inquiry. Hosting, database, CRM, communications, and advertising providers process only the information needed for their assigned function.
Text messages
Text-message consent is collected separately in the inquiry form. By choosing “Yes,” you agree to receive text messages from Pittsburgh Party DJs about this event inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Advertising measurement
Optional Google measurement is disabled by default until you make a privacy choice. When enabled, the site may record page and conversion events that do not include form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, event notes, or other inquiry details.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained only as reasonably necessary for event planning, customer service, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Technical and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to required business and legal records. Email bookings@pittsburghpartydjs.com or submit the contact form and write “privacy request” in the event-notes field. When Google measurement is configured, use the site’s “Privacy choices” control to grant, deny, or revisit optional measurement.
