The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or location, estimated guest count, budget range, event notes, and your optional text-message consent choice.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to review availability, discuss your event, prepare a quote, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the form from abuse, and maintain a record of the request. Service providers may process the information only to host the site, operate the inquiry system, deliver communications, or manage the sales workflow.

Text messages

Text-message consent is optional. If you consent, messages will relate to your event inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for event planning, customer service, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
